Family and Friends First Aid for Children Training Course

This child first aid training course is aimed at family members, baby sitters or domestic workers caring for children who would like to know how to manage a simple injury. No prior medical knowledge is required for this easy child first aid training course of the American Heart Association.

Family and Friends First Aid for Children Course Content:

Basic information is provided on child safety, basic first aid, medical emergencies, injury and environmental emergencies during the Family and Friends First Aid for Children training course.

Family and Friends First Aid for Children Course Duration:

Facilitation of the basic skills of child first aid takes place over an hour.

Family and Friends First Aid for Children Course Fees include:

A Family and Friends First Aid for Children Booklet is provided to each participant for review before, during and after the course. An emergency number reminder card is provided for future reference. After completion of the course an American Heart Association Family and Friends First Aid course participation card is issued.

Family and Friends First Aid for Children Course Participation Requirements:

• Training course participants must be able to read and understand English.
